Authorised, legalised translations

We make authorised translations that can be legalised in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, thus giving the translated document legal force in countries abroad.

Documents to be used by Danish authorities generally only require our signature and stamp.

Documents to be used by authorities abroad generally require the translator’s signature to be endorsed by The Danish Chamber of Commerce or by a notary and then legalised by Apostille in The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Certain countries, such as Italy, offer legalisation of translators certified by the Italian Consulate, meaning direct legal validity in Italy.

As regulations vary, we recommend that you clarify in advance exactly what the person requiring the translation needs, so as to avoid any unnecessary expense.

Of course, you are also welcome to contact us for further details.
